About Us
Online Selling Limited (OSL) comprises of two main principals, namely Gareth Lewis and Darren Pinder, who between them have over 25 years of IT, Marketing and Internet experience.
As far back as 1995, Gareth Lewis, on behalf of Stockport Business Link, was lecturing small businesses and individuals as to how the World Wide Web and email would totally transform their businesses.
An accountant by trade, Gareth trained with Grant Thornton and Phillips Electronics before moving into the world of IT. Having spent 10 years as the Group Marketing and Operations Manager of one of the largest software houses in the UK, part of Gareth's responsibility was to head up the internet division which at the time managed over 450 eCommerce and information only websites.
Since 2004 Gareth has been managing a portfolio of clients' eCommerce requirements utilising software systems such as Channel Advisor and eCom whilst helping them promote their products on listing comparison sites such as Amazon, eBay, Kelkoo, shopping.com etc.
Gareth set up OSL with Darren Pinder to offer successful website solutions to companies looking for a personal approach in helping them to develop their Internet presence at a realistic price that they can afford.
Darren has been designing and programming websites since he was 15. A graduate of the University of Gloucestershire, Darren majored in Digital Film and Video Production, knowledge of which he often uses in his websites for clients. He paid his way through university by working in his spare time managing and designing eCommerce and information websites.
Technical by nature, Darren has the rare ability to convert client requirements into reality in a simple and unassuming manner that makes the client feel at ease with what can often be technically complicated areas.
Supported by design, implementation and administration personnel, Darren & Gareth can offer the client - whether large or small - the internet solution they want without having to break the bank.
